Rm.210 was noisey, too cramped, TV remote only worked occasionally, jug was not in good repair. The second room was 316 was much better.

Who would bother to do overseas call just to change the room? I feel really cheated and therefore I only stayed for a night and checked out immediately the next day and moved to esplanade, where I got a better room (facing the Swan River)at cheaper rate plus b/fast.After our suburb trip, they even upgraded us with a triple deluxe room. it is cramp and no bath tub.the reception counter is so dark and gloomy.hell lot of difference from the internet picture.
