Bad location for hotel. No parking facilities. Insufficient staffs. We have to reload our luggages just outside the hotel enterance and no staffs are availabe to help us. The room is large enough for a family with 2 adult and 2 children. Only one small ceiling light is available in this room and the children doesn't feel comfortable. We can always hear siren sound in the middle of the night.

Great value for money. Good service and staff. Hav elaready stayed twice in this hotel. Great for business trip or to share with friend.

The location was the main attraction.

The room and bathroom where clean and tidy with ample hot water. Staff where friendly enough. The bar downstairs could do with a lick of paint and new carpet (sticks to your feet) also a bouncer to throw out a few drunks in there providing fighting entertainment. The main dissapointment was the baby cockroaches running around the breakfast buffet but I am sure after pointing them out to staff they where eradicated.

I don't expect to get same treatment as my earlier hotel (Stayed at 5 star hotel few days earlier due to official matters and extended an extra of 1 night at my own expense). I've made the right decision, eventho' I have never been to Perth before, but with easy internet access, spotted your hotel located at the heart of the city. I would love to make a comeback with my family and certainly this would be my preferred hotel choice!..:0) I would like to express my thanks to your staff Johan for being so helpful that very fine morning. My cellphone and handycam were run out of battery and the hotel couldn't provide me with the adapter the night before as all have been lent out to tenants (THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT THE HOTEL MUST ADDRESS TO!, LIMITED FACILITIES).. To Johan, thanks so much and assisted me in finding my routes to Wildlife farm. The printouts on travelling alternatives really of good assistance. Thanks again!

Bed covers and curtains need updating.
