Go straight until the end of the road where there is a "T" junction. Take a left here onto teh Great Eastern highway. At teh third set of lights turn right onto Shepperton which will go into Causeway. After crossing the Swan river on the Causeway there will be a round about. Take teh second fork which heads to the same direction from which you came onto.
