Nicest staff we have ever encountered. Very nice attention to detail, felt like home in the lobby, very nice extra touches. This is more like a very fancy B&B or boutique hotel. Very nice room, but it did not have a DVD Player, or CD Player, (aS listed on my reservation) or access to movies, AC had to be turned on to balance the radiator heat.

The staff at the Cranley could not do enough for us. They were all just superb. Althought the room was small it was very cozy and comfortable.
