we stayed for one night only on the 21st floor and it was an incredible stay, the satff was very friendly and we had a great time. the rooms had incredible view and we slept very well. i will definitely come back.
Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is a resort hotel set amongst lush tropical gardens. Very nice look out from the top floor restuarant hotel was very nice. Very nicely furbished. The toilet button did not work correctly that was the only unsatifictory thing out of the room.

We had considerable trouble re overcharging and cleaning of room on the last day of stay. . Our room was not cleaned on the last day of our stay, despite reporting the oversight in the afternoon
