we stayed for one night only on the 21st floor and it was an incredible stay, the satff was very friendly and we had a great time. the rooms had incredible view and we slept very well. i will definitely come back.

With the name I was expecting something a bit better. As it was it was OK, but overpriced and not near the Gold Coast marathon start despite being an 'offical' marathon hotel. Average, nothing bad but nothing to remember either.

The Location of the Hotel is very good and its easy to catch a bus or take a Taxi from the Location. You also get many shops nearby within walking distance or 2 halts by Bus.

The Room however is small for 2. As a result the table is not sufficent to work.

The Internet facility is poor and its expensive comparative to other countries in Asia. Most hotels provide Free News paper and Mineral Water however it was not so with Crown Plaza.

The breakfast was good and worth for money.

Personally I think the hotel is ok and value for money. I must commend on the staffs though because every one of them are very helpful, courteous, friendly and patient. The food is also ok.

Good room with ocean view and a pleasant stay overall. The bad mark goes for the breakfast on the last day of our visit: we were charged over $50 for one continental breakfast and a buffet breakfast! Very overpriced and it left a bad impression.

Very nice look out from the top floor restuarant hotel was very nice very nicely furbished. The toilet button did not work correctly that was the only unsatifictory thing out of the room.

the hotel is in nrrd of refurbishment, it;s looking a little shabby in places

Impressed with room size, loved it, have stayed at three other places and this is best so far

the staff were wonderfull, we were disapointed at the lack of undercover smoking areas(there were none)the foyers area was lovely, and the bars were comfortable to sit and relax in.We were disapointed that there was no choice in the restuarant, except to have an rather expensive buffet. We thought the room had a spa, where it actually had a bath. this was dissapointing. the balcony was wonderfull.

Upgrade to suite

The king bed had a join in the middle which was a bit uncomfortable perhaps an underlay would help

We had considerable trouble re overcharging and cleaning of room on the last day of stay. Our room was not cleaned on the last day of our stay, despite reporting the oversight in the afternoon

the people were very rude to us. I would not like to advice us to make any 1 stay there.
