Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is strategic as it is adjacent to 1Borneo Mall. It's very convienient to hotel guests who might want to do a bit of shopping. Hotel staff is courteous and polite. The food at the buffet breakfast is quite good.

when i checked in the staff was very friendly,,i find it very accessible to the city.the food was good and very reasonable rates. I would come back to this hotel on my next visit.

As a whole we enjoyed our stay from April 22 to 25. The only setback we experienced is the not so cold airconditioning unit.Also, our room was so far from the elevator. I would say we had a comfortable stay in the hotel, the staff was courteous and attended to our needs, the breakfast buffet was also good. I would surely recommend this hotel not only because of the above but because it is connected to One Borneo Place.

This hotel is very comfortable, although its a bit far from KK town, but that is okay, as I want to escape from the city's life. And yet I have the convenience of shopping as the hotel is attached with a big mall. Anyway there is shuttle bus every hour provided by 1Borneo for hotel guests. Breakfast is very delicious! And nice view from elusion lounge!

Though I booked Deluxe executive, I found its too small for my family. So immediately I changed it to premier room at the extra cost. However i didnt find the rate for Premier room under Holidaycity. So they coudlt giveme the special rate but the rack rate. over all the hotel is good, I will certainly visit the same hotel if I go to KK.
