Although, throughout the 5-day stay, DO NOT DISTURB signage was posted outside the door, the cleaner went extra miles by placing all the required ameneties at door step every day without fail. The best of all with addtional NOTE OF APOLOGY. It's truly appreciated. Kudos to the the people......

The best thing in the hotel is Location and large room. The location is near from beach and easily to go everywhere because there is the bus stop near from the hotel. There so many restaurant and shop arround the hotel so you dont need wory about food and activity.

The room had a great view of the beach. Great and easy access to all facilities at Surfers Paradise. Breakfast was worth the cost and plenty of choice with food.
