The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and attended to our needs without delay. The only problem with the room was the smell from the bathroom (sewerage type smell) and I don't know if it was coming from outside the bathroom or from within, otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

The room I was in was very dark with limited natural light.

The bed was quite hard and the 2 pillows were not very thick.

I was very impressed with the service in the motel restaurant It was a good size room for a family. Some of the fittings need a bit of attention or replacing though.

Breakfast in the dining room was fantastic and the staff (in reception and the dining room) went out of their way to provide us with advice, assistance and even so far as providing a candle or two to celebrate a birthday on the road. The double bed mattress had a very noticeable sag on all edges and was extremely soft. The TV remote control worked 1 out of every 4 times we tried to use it. Additionally the ironing board had some issues staying upright. We were also told there were two discrete bedrooms in our accommodation but it turned out to be 1 discrete bedroom and another bed in the 'TV Room' - a touch incorrect but it still slept the number of people we had with us. As a result the size was much smaller than we had anticipated.
