In today's rediculous hotel prices in major cities with only difference is that bif hotels have big lobbies, Cosmopolitan is ideal when you want mimum fuss and maximum room cleaningness and comfort.

Breakfast facilities are poor and A$20 for continental breakfast unjustifiable when there so many nice cafes around the corner providing ambienc and quality.

It is good value for money, very good. Staff is very courteous and helpful and most importantly efficient.

Overall we were very happy with room and staff. The secure car parking was excellent as was the breakfast. Our only complaint was that we could not get the heater to work in the room. As we were there for such a short time we did not bother too much. We would certainly stay again and would recommend the hotel to other people.

I just want to say that Amy on front desk was excellent! Very friendly & helpful. The hotel was in a really good location, near the trams & near the shopping strip of St Kilda. Would stay again.
