Service is good. Limited facility due to small space in HK. Overall it's OK. I was in Room 2527 and sometimes I heard a big bang to the wall in the back of my room. Not sure if it was the lift or the staff's trolley.

We did ask for a twin but got a double bed. The bed was big though so it didnt matter.
