Staff service is excellent and gentle.
Some room view is cover with blind sticker. Means no view at all. In fact the view is a graveyard.
The cost service charge, tax will be added at the final bill.

for a stay of 6 nights and my continuous requests during check in , it wasnt possible to change my rrom to a slightly larger type .

On my first day, the shuttle service dropped me at NEW Convention Hall entrance, which I can walk over to my office around GREAT EAGLE Centre; where else for the next 3 days of my stay, the alighting point became the OLD Convention Hall.As a visitor - I have not been given much guidance from anyone ( including the security officer in the building) except to try to walk out the way myself.

The hotel doesn't have many facilities, but it is conveniently located and excellent value in HK The room was bright and a reasonable size for hong kong. The decoration was simple and modern

Good location. Service is good. Limited facility due to small space in HK. Overall it's OK. I was in Room 2527 and sometimes I heard a big bang to the wall in the back of my room. Not sure if it was the lift or the staff's trolley.

It was a little out of the way, but it was not a problem. We did ask for a twin but got a double bed. The bed was big though so it didnt matter.

The shuttle buses were available but did not run frequently enough to the convention center. Also the last shuttle stopped a little to early for return from activities requiring the use of taxi. The Room had a great view of the racecourse. We were able to see the final night of horse racing from our window.

The hotel could benefit by adding a small exercise room. We had to switch rooms twice. The first room had the problem of smelling smokey even though it was on a non-smoking floor. The second room had the problem of having a loud banging noise at night, which kept me up most of the night. The third room was fine -- it was spacious, quiet, and smelled smoke-free. The rooms were well decorated. The bathrooms need more counter space to put my toiletries on.

We ordered room service late one night and they did not come to the room with a tray. We had to eat on the bed with just the plates and no tray to put them on. I think it would be more convenient for those who are ordering room service and do not have a table to sit at that they receive a tray at least.

This is a brand new hotel still working out the kinks. Service and food quality were below standard.
