Swiming Pool water very dirty. Everyone of us got sand fly bites which was very painful. Bed a bit soft. Window cannot be closed.

aircondition is not working like first nite.

It would be better if more facility such as internet point is providet in room.

The toilet tank was not working

the wash room needs more space and a bath tub is not provided!

Perhaps, one or two more lifts should be built to enhance the hotel image better.

Recreation centre staff is very friendly and helpful Bed is big and view is great

I found roaches in the bathroom upon my arrival.

Hotel staff not flexible enough to cater for guests needs. Hotel policy too rigid. Room condition not checked. eg air con not in working condition, remote batteries not replace.

Value for money is excellent because the tarif is cheap, not because the standard is very good. The staff were very helpful and courteous, but the amenities are average. Breakfast was very limited on this occasion, but better on the previous visit. I could not recommend it to my friends because the room was not adequately cleaned. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay. The whole hotel, but the rooms in particular, are tired. Maintenance work needs to be done urgently, starting with a good scrubbing. Our bathroom had a soiled floor with two large pebbles left behind. My wife felt she had to clean the bathroom before we used it. This is the main reason we could not recommend the hotel to our friends. The other room amenities are basic. The last time we stayed there the TV did not work. This time it did. 50%seems to be the standard Corus has set.

Waited for 30 mins, only to be told that lift service had broken down. At the other lift, service was equally slow - had to walk up in the end. Hotel pool was crowded and noisy - hardly a place for relaxation No Astro service

All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The General Manager Josh was excellent

Room space is very congested as two queen size bed is squeezed in the room.Preferably two single beds with cheaper room rates.Buffet breakfast has not much variety.

We like the hotel very much. It is very comfortable. We travel to Port Dickson once every month. I think we will choose this hotel to stay in in future. For frequent visitors, do you offer better rates?
