-there was noone at the lobby to help me with my bags, maybe they can work on having bell service reception service was poor, but the view from my hotel roon was excellent

I was very disappointed when I was told that I could not go into the pool if I don't wear a swimming attire. As I am a muslim, I used to wear baggy T-shirt for swimming. I was never told off even in a 5-star hotel. It will help if the hotel is more considerate. The weekend barbecue dinner by the beach was very disappointing too. The food is lousy and the staff cleared the area before the time was up. The cost is considered expensive for such dinner. It will be better if the guests could have better shower cream as the soap doesn't have good smell. It will be great if there is a bathtub too.

Poor greeting and tactfullness from the Receptionist Occupying a seaview room, I expected that I would be able to enjoy the wind from the sea.. however, I was dissappointed as the windows were sealed and locked.

Had 2 large event simultaneously by the beach at night. Was loud until midnight, our rest was compromised! I think they prefer group bookings, compromising on individual travellers' comfort! Hotel pool was too crowded, reason due to the apartments guest Bed was a small double bed, i requested for a big bed (at least a queen) If that was unavailable they should have given me a room with 2 double beds!!

We went there during weekday and there are not many guests. The hotel not fully function (I think) cause most of the lights are not on and some of the activities counters not operate as no guest walking around or having activities. I wonder we choose a wrong date to go there. Far away from town, not very convenient, but a good place for relaxing.

bath n WC could be in better shape, else is fine! Room is small, would be nice if it was bigger.

Your parking is inadequate as such my car was scratched as it was queezed to accomodate your guests. You need to provide better parking facilities with at least 1 space per room We booked for a room with a kingsize bed and upon arrival were informed you only had 2 double beds. Therefore room was very small

No breakfast include in the package, hopefully can improve in this area. The water of Air Cond is leakage.

Toilet need to fix. Something wrong with the flushing system. Both room were not clean (make up) although the time we check in is almost 3pm. All staffs not friendly. Very snob!

I booked two nites but stayed a nite and I went to stay at Selesa Beach for two nites there. The place is cleaner and better services provide which is ver much lacking in Corus. I have to say, the exterior facade is fabulous but interior need much renovations. Upgrade is long overdue. Toilet need refurbishment.

Need to bulid up more parking space for the guest. It is not like what it says in the net.

No location maps or brochures will available during our check-in. Bed is too Soft. There is a Pillar in the room blocking the seaview !

Swimming pool was overcrowded and swimmers did not wear proper swimming attire. No in-house movie and the TV was not properly tuned. Aircond could not be adjusted.

Checking in time was strictly at 2pm. At 2pm we were then given the keys to the room. Room 619 was ready however room 620 was not even ready. I had to call the reception at 1530hrs. Room was finally ready at 1600hrs. Please feedback to the hotel managemet that they had to improve in order to attract more visitors. Management not only to improve on the hotel cleanliness but got to look into staff attire too especially staff mending the counter. 1.Room: not being swept clean. hair was seen at every corner of the room.

1. Lightings at the lagoon was not turned on TV reception was bad and the techinician who came to repair it didn't solve the problem.

Good value for money, have recommended it to friends Room was alright, toilet had certain spots which could be improved

NO jogging equipment at the gymnasium.. the telephone was faulty when we checked into our room. We also noted that the TV remote control was missing and had to make the room cleaner to get a same set form other room for our use.

Poor sercive from receptionist & Room is not ready / claean up when check in

No consideration for the usage of lights and fans when relaxing at the Lobby The smoking room exhaust system is very bad.(I was assigned to a smoking room which I do no prefered)
