Breakfast need to be improve..

This hotel is good and have a lot of facilities..you may rilex and release tension a lot...we can go to the seaside ..swimming etc....besides...we can shopping besides the beach area and also have foodcourt nearby the hotel if you wish to not take a lunch or dinner in the hotel. very best..thank you.

very nice seaview from the hotel room. Overall hotel is okay and i will come again with my family.

first of all im happy to stay in this hotel as i can see the sunset but i very disapointed when i enter in this room, i saw the curtain with dusk and bed sheet not changed as i saw too many hair on my bed during my arrival. i dont know what happend, but i hope ur management will looking into this thank you

the location is not only convenient but also very easy to tell plus the sea view is good ! the staff is quite friendly and helpful , the management system is well also ! but the food have to improve and fitting in the room must do some repair and light renovation ! overall i like this hotel ! quite few time i spent my holiday here ! i will come back !

Good -hotel in/out look was very nice -staff was friendly -facilities in the hotel was fine.food is available in the restaurant & a small mart is available for your needs. -room was clean and well equipped with guest needs & room services was good as well. -swimming pool was well maintained Bad -if u r using an t-shirt you can only use half of the swimming pool,unless swimming suit. -food is apparently expensive in the hotel -the so called privet beach/man made lagoon is not is not in use because the water is polluted and its stagnant.so for beach activities you need to use the open beach at the left hand side of the hotel. -the hotel is not prepare for rain.the room was slightly flooded due to heavy rain. -car parking is was full at the night and had to park outside.

Not satisfied with the stay due to the following:-
1) Lift not working
2) Room is smelly - urine smell
3) Metal rod inside the kettle is rusty
4) Restaurants hardly in operation
5) No proper beach
6) Bed given is a joint of 2 single bed

Hotel was generally okay. Unfortunately, the lagoon was under renovation, so we never got to use the beach area. Swimming pool was crowded, due to 2 convention groups. There was some garaffiti scrawled above the beds. However, the location, staff and ambience were good and I would still recommend this to couples or families.
