The room was perfect. The only small comment I would make is that if I was travelling on business I would appreciate a trouser press in the room.

However, some of the staff are not friendly especially the ones serving breakfast in the restaurant. an extra pillow would be lovely.

Another was at pool level and we went in and the balcony door was open (hows that for security?

I was quite undecided but that made it easy for me to make a decision. Had left the Pls Clean Up Room sign on door knob at 9am but was disappointed that the room was not cleaned up when I returned after 2pm.
