There was always a long wait to speak to someone at reception, (check in, check out, general questions) they should employ more staff. The room was perfect. The only small comment I would make is that if I was travelling on business I would appreciate a trouser press in the room.

sorry but you are stuck with location though exellent for twin towers, lets face it taxis are so cheap does it matter In need of restoration

I didn't have time to use any of the facilities. However, some of the staff are not friendly especially the ones serving breakfast in the restaurant. an extra pillow would be lovely.

It took us looking at 3 rooms before we found one that was suitable. the rooms on the lower floors were noisy, smelly and one even had a bed that was so noisy when you sat on it. Another was at pool level and we went in and the balcony door was open (hows that for security?

Appreciated that the hotel gave me the same room rate when I extended for 1 more night. I was quite undecided but that made it easy for me to make a decision. Had left the Pls Clean Up Room sign on door knob at 9am but was disappointed that the room was not cleaned up when I returned after 2pm.

need to upgrade carpark & lift linking to carpark in propoer operation as not to mislead guests.

Close to the major shopping areas The hotel's a little old but still managed to offer the creature comforts the traveller required

AS Stated ealier in my booking,i was given a deluxe king bedroom with Twin Tower View Spacious Balcony,instead i was given a normal room with kind bedrm which i had no choice but to accept it due to the overwhelming respond fr the public.Still...i was not happy with the arrangement but i nvr complaint as i understand the situaution at that moment.Pls give the same whatever customer had booked ealier on.

Too few facilities for me to enjoy the stay Should have better reception for the TV. The pot and boiling facilities look very old.
