The check-in staff, bar staff & Brasserie staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was very quiet at night with no traffic noise to bother us. We had lunch in the bar, dinner in the Brasserie and the quality of the food was very good. We will definately stay again.

Transport to everywhere is only a few minutes walk. Staff are friendly and the rooms are warm and adequate.

Staf is helpful. Minibar is always empty.I should call room service even for a bottle of water

The swinging doors in the hallways are horrible! They are so loose that when you open the door expecting it to stay open atleast for a few seconds, the door swings right back which is VERY dangerous. My mate got hit in the face when the door came flying back at her. Bloody and swollen lip is the outcome. But don't worry, the staff will do nothing to fix the problem. I complained and basically all they said is its not our problem. The "manager" there had to ask a higher up manager because he could not make any decisions himself. If i were you, i would just be very careful before staying at this hotel. Also the tube makes horrendous noise all night long which makes it hard to sleep. This is a OK hotel to stay in for a night but never for more than a couple days(and thats if you cant find a different hotel)
