Courteous and helpful staff, despite listing me as coming from Malaysia, soon sorted out. Had a great view over London, very comfortable room and good amenities. Great to have a fridge. Two things to mention, first, my suitcase opens outwards so difficult to cope with on narrow suitcase holder and not enough room to put on floor without moving furniture. Second, there was a family next door and across the hall who were extremely noisy until around 11 pm and then early next morning. If possible, single people should not be housed next to couples with children. I know this is a difficult one.) All in all, great stay - much better than the hotel next door and I will book there again. Thank you.

The hotel was ideal for our purpose of attending the Wimbledon Championships. The check-in staff, bar staff & Brasserie staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was very quiet at night with no traffic noise to bother us. We had lunch in the bar, dinner in the Brasserie and the quality of the food was very good. We will definately stay again.

Hotel is ideally located for a business or liesure visit to London. Transport to everywhere is only a few minutes walk. Staff are friendly and the rooms are warm and adequate.

This hotel is not too bad if you need a place to crash for 1 night in london. The swinging doors in the hallways are horrible! They are so loose that when you open the door expecting it to stay open atleast for a few seconds, the door swings right back which is VERY dangerous. My mate got hit in the face when the door came flying back at her. Bloody and swollen lip is the outcome. But don't worry, the staff will do nothing to fix the problem. I complained and basically all they said is its not our problem. The "manager" there had to ask a higher up manager because he could not make any decisions himself. If i were you, i would just be very careful before staying at this hotel. Also the tube makes horrendous noise all night long which makes it hard to sleep. This is a OK hotel to stay in for a night but never for more than a couple days(and thats if you cant find a different hotel)

the service was good, but not the food. please improve on the food especially in the bugis street. to advise the housekeeping to clean up the room neatly. i'd put few boxes near the dustbin to be thrown but until the last day the boxes are still there.

conciere services should have rates posted or provided prior to customer's request so that the customer could decide whether or not to ask for such cleanliness is superior

Having to queue to be seated for breakfast and then having to wait to order the hot breakfast was unusual and unexpected. I would prefer to select food items from a buffet. Twin booked but double bed provided - didn't matter in this case.
