I should say that every things during my 1 night stay in the Hotel were in order & there is notrhing much for me to comment accept that I am sad to learned that this Hotel will cease it's operation at 1st quater of Year 2011.

We had a good stay at the hotel, we arrived really early and had no problems checking in, it was all very prompt. Then we found out that we got our room upgraded, which was really great. The hotel also gave us a birthday cake, which was really good. Thanks alot!

It took me about 30 mins for a "simple" check-in as the receptionist told me that she needs to check my on-line booking manually as the reservation department was closed when I make my e-booking. Should upgrade their booking system so that when someone book the hotel room (regardless of what time), the confirmation notification should be captured in the check-in counters.

My stay in this hotel meeting my expectation.
The room size is just nice.
Bath room is small but still o.k.
Not too many TV channels available & improvement is needed to improve further.
Poor Internet Wireless signal.
Overall, not too bad!

Since that day was the first time we came to hotel,we were not sure how to get there. But your helpful staff had given us a good guidance on how to reach your hotel. Thanks to them!
I like the hotel environment.It has a good location and bus shuttle service to send us to the main shopping area. We think that the last bus timing was a bit early. It would be nice if 11 pm.
When we check in and ask for any breakfast voucher,we were told that we do not have any breakfast voucher because we book online. Well, I think at least we should be entitled to have this previlege.
Ground floor parking a bit eerie and gloomy as we also can see the chinese god of statue there. It seems that something was happening there or something supernatural may have happened there.

The Hotel is very far from major shopping centers and places of interest. Although the hotel provides transportation to the Orchard shopping area, it would have been better if the hotel provides shuttle service to other interesting places and shopping destinations (e.g. suntec, marina, promenade).

When i checked in, the staff informed us that no more king size bed superior room(as i booked and confirmed earlier through HolidayCity), then they switched us to 2 beded room. It makes me a bit upset during that time.

Overall the stay in this hotel is average for me. One disadvantage of this hotel is far from MRT station. The only choice is to take taxi either direct to your destination or to the nearest MRT station.

Very happy with the polite staff. I did find the internet facitity was poor for Singapore. It was slow and frustrating for business when I wanted to check sites quickly. It was nice to have coffee and tea makeing items

As I didn't spend much time in the hotel,I am unable to comment further with any authority. The staff were courteous and things seemed to work efficiently. I was entirely satisfied with the room but the reception on the TV was inadequate.

As the hotel is not in the town centre, it provides a good connection to Orchard Road by an own minibus. Some problems with a tap, but with fast repairing, and minibar empty, although we did'nt need it.

Staff quite helpful, pool quite nice, no beach (for swimming) to speak of it is an OK room. balcony door can't close all the way.

breakfast should be included in the room charges should provide bathroom slippers.
