The front staff was not very helpful, not people oriented and social skills needs improvement. Can't lock the toilet door. Carpet was stained and uneven.

I checked in at 4pm, the room is not ready although i booked to check in by 12pm. I waited 30 min at the lobby for room to be ready. This is rare case for most of the hotels. The cashier's customer service level should be improved further.

Check-in staff is friendly and helpful, always there with a smile. Ther hotel is not crowded with excess staff, yet it is funtctional and effective. It gives you the good feeling that things get done but the staff were not seen doing it. Just like Singapore's Changi airport. Rooms are quite big, spacious and clean. Interior well laid out, good view of the sea. Only setback is that there was constructions going on next door. And our sea view included a big yellow tower crane.

Room was not ready when check-in at 2pm had to wait. No information on breakfast from the frontdesk staff as the room did not come with breakfast, extra charge on breakfast.

I give 4 on cleanliness cause one lamp was broken, but when we called house keeping they were VERY FAST to fix it. Big creds to house keeping!!!

Buffet was really a let down. For the price I was paying, I expected more. Room was a little run down and old looking. TV channels were so bad. I was there to relax and could hardly watch anything on TV.

It's lovation is excellent. Initially the room I was give, 1620 , the aircon was faulty. However, I was given another room the next day. So it was hell the first night :)

No brochures and pamphlets, maps to provide the guest to guide them around Penang. But service was otherwise good and attentive. The furniture is full of stain.

The Pool was flithy! also there is no tennis courts as stated online! Staff very rude! In general hotel needs a bit of TLC but then you can't polish a tird! Room ok, Air con not the best!

It would be good to provide shuttle between the bus terminal. Georgetown shuttle can be make at more intervals. Overall it is a clean room with good facilities. The only matter that we encounter are that the personal safe are not working and this is not being checked prior to release of room.

The bell service was rather poor. I think there is a bias towards orang puteh. I probably did not specify a king-size bed and was given 2 beds. The fridge was not working and the light above the dresser was not working.

There was a construction of blocks of apartment next to the hotel. The construction work ended at 9.30pm and started at 7.30am on SUNDAY MORNING! The loud sounds coming from the construction site was really irritating, disturbing and annoying. It made my stay there definitely not an enjoyable one. The hotel should have informed us about the on-going construction next to the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, great for money and the staff are very very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recomend this hotel, and would definatly visit again. Very nice room, balcony and 2 great double beds, very spacious and clean.

Cannot really comment too much as we did not use any of the outlets or facilities It was very disappointing, everything looks very old an tired, especially in the bathroom, the shower curtain was so disgusting, I did not want to touch it. The room smell stale.
