the swimming pool is rather small. not much comments, but i prefer the hotel will provide extra blanket as the aircond in the room is rather cool

Overall service was good but it is difficult to make a fair judgment since most of my time was spent outside the hotel. From what I experienced, it was good. On a whole, the room was pleasant and fairly comfortable. It was not exactly mind-blowing but for the price paid for the room, it was more than adequate.

House-keeping service poor and unfriendly esp. when requested for some extra coffee and sugar sachets. Some questions were posed and finally requests were not entertained. Were told that additional even 1 or 2 will be charged.

most of my colleague finds that the receptionist was not friendly at all. Not a welcoming mood, we hope the hotel can improve on this. overall was a good & comfortable stay

Will be ideal if the shuttle bus to night market is bigger for large families and extended till 11pm.

Pool side too noisy and lift floor alwaz wet. should let guests dry themselve before enterting lift. The water tap at the bath tub was leaking for the entire 3 days stay!! Room service tried to skip the daily make-good of the room.

car park need more lighting for better securty with seaview will be perfect

though breakfast was provided there was no variation at all and we got fed up having the same choice all the time very spacious but bathroom not clean enough

There was no fitness facility.

The view of the beach is blocked by the new construction condos

I'V BEEN TO THIS HOTEL MANY TIMES BUT 1ST TIME I STAYED HERE. FOR THE PRICE I PAY IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY.LOCATION WISE WAS VERY GOOD NEARBY TO MINIMARKET,RESTAURANTS AND THE BUS STOPS.WE REALLY LIKE THE PRIVATE BEACH WHICH THIS HOTEL HAS.I CALL IT AS FAMILY HOTEL. DEFINITELY WE WILL COME AGAIN. WE REALLY HAD FUN. MY WIFE AND ME STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FOR THE 1ST TIME. WE ARE PENANGITES. WE LIKE IT VERY MUCH,THE ROOM & BALCONY WAS SPACIOUS.SO FAR THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ME TO COMPLAIN. ALL GOOD.

too far from town area..not convinient if dont have own transport. too less facility available

need more improvement for check-in,becoz have to wait. under my ecpectation on the room size,and the room quite 'old',need some renovatin.

hotel needed a refurbish carpet looked like patchwork quilt front entry looked brilliant how lookes can be decieving location was just average view was ok

people were very friendly and most helpful we loved our time there was a bit noisy at the time due to construction going on next door but still we had a great time

There were a lot of construction work going on next door, most probably will carry on for the next year. They work all day right through to the evening, so sitting by the pool was very noisy and unpleasant. the hotel itself is a bit run down and neglected. I think either you or the hotel should have informed me about the construction work next door. I would have considered a different hotel otherwise. In my opinion, if you are promoting this hotel, you should be aware of these things. room was a bit out dated, needs a renovation. Size & view was good

When we were asking if the hotel has a beach we were answered by receptionist that has not. So we use taxi to go to beach on another part of the island. But later we relised that hotel has a nice beach.

receptionist poor attitude. lack of transportation to the city... tv poor receiving. bath tape loose and need to call many time till they fix it...

Old and a bit dirty doesnt seem to be thouroughly cleaned. Could do with renovations or at least a paint job
