The Hotel location was near to the city, it was convenience to tourist somehow. Overall, I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

The stand-out feature was the high-level of service we received during our stay. Staff were on hand 24hrs to assist us with items ranging from extra bedding, travel power adapters, to antiseptic cream! Not to mention the handy taxi service in the reception area, which supplied an invaluable service. We ate at the restaurant on a number of occasions, and each time we were satisfied with the quality of the meal and service. The Copthorne Orchid Hotel Penang is suitable for all types of travelers. We would not hesitate to stay with them again, the next time we are in Penang.

Especially the pool staffs, they are so helpful in many ways. The only problem is the shuttle bus services which they only provide once a day to town. Would be much better if extra services are provided for afternoon. I have to pay rm14 for a short trip to gurney plaza.

Staffs are friendly and ever at your service. Should Copthorne group decide to revamp Copthorne Orchid Penang, the hotel would be a hit as its location is perfect---right in between Batu Ferringhi and the city center. They even have their own beach front and cove as well.
