I like the shower service that is provided for guests after check out. The hotel is priced at an above average rate and I feel that breakfast is expensive and maybe should be included in the price. Room was comfortable, spacious and airy. The only problem I had was the noise level from the occupants in the room next door.

When we first arrived, booking not registered, but staff sortd rooms out for us.

I had to carry two large bags from entrance to Reception and from there to my room. I am 74yrs. old. Very Good

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Everyone was very helpful and couteous.

Staff once again could not be faulted - from the attention and care of staff on the 33rd floor to the staff at ground level calling taxi's etc. Even to the degree they were concerned if you were charged too much. The room was very pleasant as was the view. The staff cleaning the room did an excellent job. They could not help enough to meet any requests. And renewed towels etc twice daily
