I saw a bundle of used tissue on the ground besides the bed when I first check-in to the room.

Friendly efficient staff. When we first arrived, booking not registered, but staff sortd rooms out for us.

On arrival at 2100hrs. I had to carry two large bags from entrance to Reception and from there to my room. I am 74yrs. old. Very Good

The hotel was centrally located for our needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Everyone was very helpful and couteous.

The hotel itself very pleasant and well located to accessing other parts of KL. Staff once again could not be faulted - from the attention and care of staff on the 33rd floor to the staff at ground level calling taxi's etc. Even to the degree they were concerned if you were charged too much. The room was very pleasant as was the view. The staff cleaning the room did an excellent job. They could not help enough to meet any requests. And renewed towels etc twice daily

complimentarybreakfast and evening cocktails were not provided although these were indicated on the booking form

A little old and the bars and restaurants tired. Functional, not flashy or modern but perfectly sensible for a good nights sleep.

Lovely food in restaurant

The manager was very ignorant, I told him the porter were around, but no body help me at all. The manager walked away without doing a thing and not apologizing at all. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.

over priced for the quality of the hotel. Limited tv chanels. not what you expect from Meridien hotels. I will never stay at this hotel agqain very old decor and too close to reception

hotel getting old

needs upgrading; bathroom is getting dirty because of algea airconditioning not adjustabble and very noisy. restaurant buffet very good ! rooms getting outdated

The one area where we were let down was with the wireless internet that we purchased from the hotel which was so slow in our room that I had to take my lap top to the Concorde Lounge to use it. The room was very nice with all amenities that we could need.

Perhaps the water boiler shd be replace with a cleaner one. The temp for the refrigerator was not cold enough, as we ended up hving melted ice cream after placing in for quite some time
