Have stayed at this hotel many times when it was a Meridien hotel . Am looking to book this hotel again next September . Location is great .

Helpfull and courteous staff. Restaurant food, lamb, not up to par. Wine/by glas from Chile, recommended by staff not good. Location exellent.

The hotel location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After checking out, the staff at the hotel gave us access to a room (a room which has all facilities) which was very great, too great that we could not believe. I was totally impressed by this. Thank you very much for making my stay was awesome.

good hotel good location good facilities. drawback: 1. the shops and crowd beneath the hotel is less than nice, 2. hotel amenities look a abit aged, breakfast is hard to come by, the queue is too long, never seen such a situation plus points: 1. food very easily accesible and cheap, 2. staff is very helpful, 3. good rate, 4. excellent location I dont mind and will come back as long as the price is good

Enjoyed our stay verymuch, hotel has all facilities & is just in heart of main shopping centre, food court is just one floor down. Staff is really great friendly & helpful for all problems like early check in, late check out. Food was also very good.Enjoyed the facility of having shower before leaving to airport which made us fresh. Good value for money. Recomend to every person. Rashmi & Inder

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. All staffs are very helpful and approachabel.

The staff weas good and the hotel is conveniently located on the Orchard Rd., close to the city attractions, shopping malls. The food was good. So, I'd recommend the hotel to my friends.

The Concorde experience was excellent all round. Hotel location and ambience, staff courtesy and service etc. gained top marks from me and my wife. THANK YOU!

The hotel refurbishment has resulted in a better feel and presentation than before, however the choice of carpet on the club floor and the general decor in the room seemed inconsistent and not well thought through. The in room TV has limited channel available and is calibrated incorrectly making newsreels etc, where text is displayed on a rotating band, extrmely awkward to read. The bed and mattress was clean and new, but soooo hard it gave lower back problems each morning. I would go so far as to say that sleeping on the couch or even on the carpet would have been more comfortable !
Parking was a problem, and we used the $6 a day concierge park, I am surprised that this hotel does not have an arangement with the parking garage underneath to provide "reasonable" guest parking rates, (or even waive the fee for overnight guests). In this regard it was very disappointing.
The club lounge was smaller then expected, not very well equiped with computing facilities and a poor substitute for the previous Le Meridien business facility. The coffee served in the lounge was awful and frankly the hotel would do well to reconsider its choice of coffee bean.
The hotel is classy and has a great feel about it, but it has no entrance to speak of, access from the street is via a tired and dirty shoppping precinct and using an old dirty elevator.
In summary, lots of good plus points, its location is excellent, and its staff very amienable, but overall it lets itself down badly by failing to "fit-in" and integrate with the surrounding facilities appropriately.

This hotel is situated in Orchard Road close to all shops and close to the Marina,so a perfect location.
The hotel itself is old but well maintained.
the quick breakfast for only 9 sing. dollar++ is a good deal and very convenient!

AS I ARRIVED B Y COURTESY COACH THE COACH WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE TO THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE LOW OVERHEAD CEILING CONSEQUENTLY HAD TO ENTER THE HOTEL BY THE LIFT ON THE GROUND FLOOR WHICH I FOUND NOT SO PLEASANT.

ALSO FOUND THAT THE THE FLOOR I WAS ALLOCATED A ROOM ON SMELT STRONGLY OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. A BIT OFF PUTTING AS MY ROOM REQUEST WAS FOR A NON-SMOKING.


OTHER THAN THAT STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

We have been in Singapore number of occations and without any doubt Le Meridienc is the best hotel we have stayed at.

Service, Location etc was perfect.

Staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We travelled with an infant and their thoughtfulness was great.

Ambience in foyer was good. Centrally located hotel within walking distance of all amenities.

Overall would recommend it. Will be back when we visit Singapore again.

Good location but overpriced and not worth it.

The hotel is pleasant, well situated and the staff are most accommodating. I like the shower service that is provided for guests after check out. The hotel is priced at an above average rate and I feel that breakfast is expensive and maybe should be included in the price. Room was comfortable, spacious and airy. The only problem I had was the noise level from the occupants in the room next door.
