Good, Luandry service need to improve ie;issue of bathing equipment.

I hope you will continue to allow your guests to check out later than 2 pm esp for those who 'disappear for the whole day' for their 'business'. overall, good service: polite and fast.

Breakfast was given at club level since I book club room. But, there was no ham when I went for my breakfast, told the waitress, but she did not refill, very bad service! She did not even bother about it, I left with only taking bread and butter...this is the worst I had ever come across in my travelling experience around the world but never had I came across such attitude and service. I don't think I will be back. During booking, the wordings were misleading, thought internet access is free, turn out need to pay and very expensive...spoke to hotel staff. Then spoke to your staff but reply came very late...

the lobby hall could be more brightly lited comparing to the one at concorde kl. i had to call 3 times n more thn 2 hrs for thm to bring me an iron n board the room i stayed , had a leaking bath tub. e room shld offer in hse slippers.

The location of the hotel is almost ideal. It is surrounded by a host of amenities such as private clinic, shops and eateries/restaurants. Though the hotel has been around for some time, it is indeed commendable that the hotel management is wise to continue to attract old-time customers like me (has stayed in Concorde Shah Alam 3 times)with rooms and amenities that are still well kept and superbly maintained.

Wasn't able to fully make use of the facilities available. GOod value for money
