I suggest that the concierge should as well have the authority to list the parking tickets in case the front desk office gets really busy with guests. It would be nice if disposable room slippers is provided. When I called housekeeping for it, I was told that its only for certain rooms that slippers are provided so I'm quite dissapointed, especially comparing that I paid that kind of money for the room.
