The travellers should make the reservation in advance due to the limit of the rooms. Secondly, I think the hotel management should make the Gym / Fitness Center in the hotel to be used by the guests FOC.

concierge staff are very friendly and helpful. front desk staff are friendly and helpful, especially during our check in n check out time, except that when i wanted to list my parking ticket i had to wait for 15mins to get it issue by the front desk. I suggest that the concierge should as well have the authority to list the parking tickets in case the front desk office gets really busy with guests. It would be nice if disposable room slippers is provided. When I called housekeeping for it, I was told that its only for certain rooms that slippers are provided so I'm quite dissapointed, especially comparing that I paid that kind of money for the room.
