Taxi doesn't even arrived on time and could affect passanger catching the next flight Window lock found to be broken and basically not safe to leave even non valuable item

We was shocked that the Air Conditioner was not working and we had to call someone to fix it. The sheets where clean but there was staines on them. I was shocked how being a airport hotel that there was not double glazing, cause we could hear the planes flying by, luckily we had our ear plugs.
