But, I was super impressed that there was a place to iron my clothes in the hallway! :) Also, I have also always enjoyed your international buffet in the restaurant....something I ALWAYS look forward to when making a booking at the Concorde Inn. The shuttle service is amazing and hassle-free, and all of your support service employees go beyond their regular duties to make one feel welcome.

We would have used the health spa, however, it was very smoky (lots of incense) inside the front entrance. From this experience we decided not to use the spa. The bathroom was clean but there was no towel for the floor (bath mat).

We appreciated the frequent complimentary bus service to the airport. Our stay was very comfortable but I thought the building was a little old and tired. The walls were not too solid and we could hear other guests. However, the staff were very helpful and the service was good.
