the pool is dirty! no air con in the gym, a real joke!!

the room is too expensive for RM161, I will never come back to stay in this hotel The picture of the room shown on the website has such a huge contrast with the real room. And the price of the room is too expensive for a motel type room. I am extremely dissapointed.

I arrived late at night and wanted to simply eat and sleep. I had a couple of important phone calls to make but I had to wait for 10 mins in my room while the external telephone was connected. Toilet wouldn't stop flushing, didn't the cleaning crew notice?

in addition, on checking out on the following morning, the man at the front desk called everyone forward and dealt with them before my wife-whom he seemed to ignore, even though she had been in the queue before a lot of others whom he checked out before her. not impressed with this stay, and even less impressed with the way front desk staff dealt with me when we voiced our dis satisfaction !!

Need more than one computer for internet access. The addition of a treadmill to the gym, would be good. Access (free shuttle) to airport excellent. Fantastic food in the restaurant. Toilet door squeaks; needs oiling. Need a separate switch for bed lights so one can read at night. Access to BBC TV channel would be good. Gap under door to outside allows insects etc., to come in.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor, in particular, really needed to be scrubed thoroughly.

The staff at the front desk were inefficient and were taking their own time when serving customers. Hope they can be more flexible in tackling different conditions and needs of hotel clients. water dripping from air-con not attended to though reflected by previous occupant. Liquid Soap and Shampoo container inside toilet was empty. The shower curtain was too short and water splashed out when showering. The door to the room was not smooth when opening and closing. The glass window pane not too clean.

I checked out early and went straight to the airport and on arrival at the airport realised that I had left my cashmere scarf in the room, I sent 3 e-mails on my immediate return and have not received a reply to date. I called the hotle this morning and they just requested another e-mail to confirm this. I know it is only a scarf but as this was a present I feel very strongly about the response given. I am continuing to persue this matter. I was booked for a double room but given a single to start with, then once in the double noticed that the toilet was dirty around the seat and I had to clean it! (I was keen to get some sleep so did this myself). There was no soap to wash my hands with at either sink, which for a four star I would expect thevery least.

Appalling service re the shuttle bus: was scheduled for 7,00 am but did not leave until 7.30 which was considered 'a favour' for me. somewhat dodgy room witout shampoo or soap

as a family of five it becomes very expensive when travelling anywhere, however this hotel offered us value for money and we were very impressed with the size of the rooms. We only had one night here as it was just a stopover but we would definately stay for more nights on our next holiday.

Good location, would stay here again for location and reasonable value for money. Old and tired, not cleaned or prepared very well.

Please provide some pure vegetarian food for the rare gursts. We really enjoyed being their.

Cheap and well located stopover hotel. For a long term stay I would choose another. Everything working properly.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed us to have a late check out at 3pm without any extra charge. Free shuttles to the airport were very efficient and convenient.

It seemed to be a series of huts. There were no facilities for getting a snack in the evening. Air cinditioning did not work. It came on at 2am very loudly.The decor was very shabby. Very noisy from other guest in the corridor outside the room.Phone rang at 2.30 am and 4 am but noone spoke.
