We would be happy to stay again. We enjoyed our overnight stay in this room and found it satisfactory for our needs.

It is the perfect place when in transit in KL. No need to travel to the city, nice green and spaceous environment, good shuttle service system to KLIA.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The hotel was very good; the staff were helpful, efficient and polite.

You should make the shuttle bus 24 hours so that those arriving late, like me, have an inexpensive way to get to your hotel. Otherwise, all was quite good.

Lobby area was not provided with enough air-con in order to have a comfortable waiting place for the shuttle bus. Room was warm due to low roofing structure and it take a long time for the air-con to cool it down to a reasonable level.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport (we had to catch a flight in just 12 hours time) and was AUD30 cheaper than Pan Pacific KLIA. This was a mistake because the value for money at the Concorde was extremely poor. If I had known the rooms were so bad I would definately have paid a little more to stay at the Pan PAcific KLIA (as we had met people the next day who spoke very highly of the Pan PAcific). We felt the standard of the room was very poor. There were stains all over the sofa and therefore we refused to even sit on it!

Took a long time to check in which you dont need after 10hours on a plane

The bus transfer system was dreadful. It was almost impossible to identify the Concorde buses at the airport. To get on and off the transfer buses was a real brawl. There was nil assistance with luggage. We actually had to assist elderly passengers and a young, small english woman to get on and off. People were just shoving her out of the way. Staff made no effort at all to assist or control the brawls. Had to request adaptors to use the TV etc.

Cant comment too much as only used the hotel for 1 night 10.30pm till 07.30 next morning due to transit flight home. Would definitely recommend as an airport hotel. After being squashed into many family rooms in Europe, it was a pleasant surprise to have 3 rooms in this family suite.

ok for 7 hours would have hated to stay longer Was shocked that it was more like a motel rather than hotel but as I was there for only 7 hours it was ok

We do not know what facilities were available, we were not there long enough. We did not use the amenities, we were only there for a stopover.

As I only slept there overnight and went to sleep as soon as I arrived there - I cannot comment on the hotel or services. It was however very easy to get there and back from the airport on the free shuttle bus and was only a very short distance. Aircon not already on when I arrived so consequently the room was hot- however this soon sorted itself out once it had been on for a while.

this hotel is generally grubby, and not worth the money a stay costs.

Dripping cistern

Beer outrageously priced. Facilities in the bathroom could be improved. Provide decent shelf for wetpack/personal items; make good repairs where fixtures have been removed from walls; shower curtains too short.

In one of the room it was problem with small ants.

The service is poor. the people is unpolite. They make a verification about my room in the middle of the night. They also tried to charge other room telephone fee into my bill. This hotel really need employee improvement !! the room is okey, just for sleep....
