We reserved through Holidaycity.com so checking-in took less than 5 minutes. Checking out took about the same time. The staff were very helpful. We also loved the food at the Melting Pot Lounge. If not for the roaches, our stay would have been really nice. Our room was not on the same building as the reception and the coffee shop but a bell boy brought our luggages and the walk to the room took only about 2 minutes.

generally I'm quite satisfied with the facilities in concorde. i would recommended it to my friend. good! well nice but i think they need to improve the cleanliness of the toilet....

The dinner buffet was awful. The crab was not fresh at all.

Breakfast was good, as was the shuttle sevice, price was excellent value for money. Very clean and basic, tiled floors throughout.

I didn't have time to check the hotel facilities. I arrived late in the evening and had a flight out early the next day. They need extra staff on the desk for checking in when the airport bus arrives and for checking out when guests are heading for the airport bus. The only comfort criticism is that the pillow are too thick!

Air conditioning unit was noisy and water was dripping from the unit wetting the floor. Mosquitoes were found in the room.

The rooms in this hotel would possibly not suit the people looking for 3 star style accomodation however foor needs and having regard to the excellent value price for both accomodation and meals - we would be very happy to return there ourselves - an really excellent breakfast in a really attractive dining room was included in the price. The free airprt transfer a big plus too.

Transport service counter was not helpful at all, and we got cheaper rates at the airport eventhough we were guaranteed the cheapest rates by your staff. Price was competitive, but standard was less than expected, air conditioning was old, noisy and not very cool.Minimal soundproofing,while being close to KLIA, disrupts sleep

The rooms and corridors look grim, but they are perfectly acceptable inside. Didn't have time to check out the facilities, and you wouldn't stay in this location unless you had an early plane to catch (which we did) but if you need proximity to the airport, it's good.

I found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. No problems with the room and no complaint. Just for your information the appearance of the room was a little old and in need of refreshing. Example the tiles in the shower.

Air conditioning leaking all night and caused sleepless night. Had to actually carry out running repairs to avoid flooding!

Very nice staff members. Very good aircondition and we were pleased to be able to have coffee-tea making facilities.

The layout of the ground level guestrooms made it feel a bit like a motel. Food was average. Room looked a little tired, but was comfortable enough for one night.

This hotel is an ideal location for short term stays when in transit between flights.
