The location close to airport was very good. We appreciated the frequent complimentary bus service to the airport. Our stay was very comfortable but I thought the building was a little old and tired. The walls were not too solid and we could hear other guests. However, the staff were very helpful and the service was good.

Wash room is very small and feel congested inside.

was disappointed to hear that the swimming pool was not available when I was there. But all else was fine. =>

Good location if looking for place to stop over near airport. Pick up service on time and reliable.

Taxi service counter was inefficient despite booking and payment being done over night. Taxi doesn't even arrived on time and could affect passanger catching the next flight Window lock found to be broken and basically not safe to leave even non valuable item

For the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere much nicer in KL central. We was shocked that the Air Conditioner was not working and we had to call someone to fix it. The sheets where clean but there was staines on them. I was shocked how being a airport hotel that there was not double glazing, cause we could hear the planes flying by, luckily we had our ear plugs.

So happy to have bottled water in the room, and as it was complementary we were very happy.

For me this hotel is very good in term of traveller like me that need to be close to the airport all the time and normally I won't stay more then 1 night, especially I have to catch plane the next morning. As I also not willing to pay expensive amount of money just for sleep. So in my opinion Concorde Inn is a suitable hotel for me.

Shuttle service from/to airport made things so much easier for us. Very good value.

little toilet paper left with no spare. seemed to be enough facial tissues but found also false bottom on packet so only a few in box. Had to call reception twice to receive toilet paper at 5am

The hotel is sober rather than luxurious. Several pavilions with covered walking paths interconnecting. No internet in rooms.

Nice & quite. Big & nice breakfast. Very good with airport pick up. Friendly staff. The room was nice & spacious. Very clean. Nice big shower.
