I had no idea where I was going when the porter showed me to my room. Dining room needs a bit of a renovation to bring it up to 21 century. A bit too noisy and really needed block out drapes to block out the light. Sheets and towels were very good quality which I appreciated. The hot water system was something I was not used to. Bathroom was a little small.

The service was not very good. Charged extra and didnt take notice of email sent prior to arrival. Food average. Carpet was filthy, but bed comfortable and bathroom clean.

I would have appreciated if the swimming-pool had been available during the night when we arrived. I guess that most guests stay for the night and would appreciate to swim in the pool in the late evening hours. The sounds from corridor and from window was not isolated.

I was only there over night so didnt have a chance to enjoy the amenities. I think it would be good to provide a service to the LCCT airport as well. The toilet was broken, so I had to fix it myself before it would flush,

The bus to the Airport departs every 30 minutes and the journey takes less than 5 minutes. Why not run it every 15 minutes?

40 ringgits to LCCT was rather extortive given that it was a cramped mini van. The front desk staff could be a bit friendlier and more helpful.

the place does not feel like a hotel, seems more like a service station off a highway. But very useful is the wireless broadband which is free, it worked well. restaurant is very good, waiters very good. Reception staff don't fare well at all, they did not make any eye contact, very unfriendly and "cold". They did the minimum and didn't welcome us, or anybody. A smile, a "welcome", "good morning", "how are you today" will go a long way to make visitors feel at home. At the moment it seems visitors are infringing into a community territory. spacious, but lacking a second table/desk and iron + ironing board

I was having problems with my TV the morning of my departure, and I rang maintenance-nobody ever came to fix my TV.....bummer. But, I was super impressed that there was a place to iron my clothes in the hallway! :) Also, I have also always enjoyed your international buffet in the restaurant....something I ALWAYS look forward to when making a booking at the Concorde Inn. The shuttle service is amazing and hassle-free, and all of your support service employees go beyond their regular duties to make one feel welcome.

The pool, gym and restaurant were all great. We would have used the health spa, however, it was very smoky (lots of incense) inside the front entrance. From this experience we decided not to use the spa. The bathroom was clean but there was no towel for the floor (bath mat).

unfortunately i missed my outgoing plane as I didn't convert the time correctly, although this was entirely my fault - a courtesy call reminding customer of outgoing day/time, shuttle they should catch in order to make their flight etc, would greatly benefit me and others in my situation in the future!
