Cant comment much cause I stayed only for a night but overall everything is ok. Staff very helpful and shuttle service very very convenience to the airport. Housekeeping staff very helpful and excellence. Only one set back toilet shower need to be changed but thats minor for a night stay. Thanks for the service thou.

I would like to see an improvement in facilities for invalid clients.

I was given a room to far from the lounge. Where ever I wanted to go I had to ring the officedesk for a wheelchair.( it seems that you have only one available.)

Breakfast was excellent and youir staff has been very helpful. I will return when I stay in KL.

we stayed here many times and found it better than the other hotel at the air port free transfer bus great .

Spent first night of Malaysian holiday at the concorde prebooked on the internet. From the staff at the shuttle desk at airport to the reaturant staff all very pleasant and VERY obliging most recommended as an easy stop of. Food very nice complimentry breakfast and a great deep fried dish from the cart out front of the resturant. Close to airport and easy to arrange transport.

This was just a stop over on our way to Bali as we couldn't get connecting flights on the same day, The concorde Inn was fine for our purpose. We have not visited KL before but if we were to go on holiday there we would look for somewhere more central to the City. In the above field "What kind of stay do you think this hotel is good for?" I would say Stop Over. One problem was we were told a shuttle bus run from and to the airport every 15 min and the hotel was 3 min. from Airport. However the part of the Airport that Air Asia Land is different, no shuttle Bus so had to change money to be able to get a Taxi. Small thing but could be fixed to save hastle.

I know that with the same price I can get a much better hotel in City center but since I arrived midnight and had morning flight to catch, only for the transit reason, I chose this hotel. I think what hotel can offer was minimum, the only benefit was that it was close to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was helpful but I don't think it's worth the price.

OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE BEFORE WE ARRIVED AT THE CONCORDE INN WAS THE K.L.I.A. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TO AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT THAT WAS SO HELPFUL. ASKED WHERE TO GET THE SHUTTLE BUS TO THE CONCORDE INN AND WERE DIRECTED WITH EASY INSTRUCTIONS BY THE AIRPORT STAFF. ONCE OUTSIDE ASKED WHERE TO CATCH THE SHUTTLE BUS AND WERE DIRECTED AND HELPED WITH LUGGAGE ONTO THE BUS. IT WAS SO EASY, ESPECIALLY AFTER AN 11 HOUR FLIGHT. RECEPTION WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WE WERE IN OUR ROOM WITHIN 1/4 OF AN HOUR.
NEXT MORNING HAD A 9AM FLIGHT. WENT TO THE BREAKFAST BAR AND IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING SIGHT, AND THE FOOD WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD FOR CHOICE. WE THEN BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS ON OUR RETURN FROM VIETNAM AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS EVEN BETTER BECAUSE WE COULD ENJOY THE AMENITIES. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR PRICE AND SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS AN OVERNIGHT, CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT SERVICE OR FOR LONGER. CHECK OUT WAS 12PM BUT WAS ABLE TO HAVE OUR LUGGAGE STORED WHILE WE WAITED FOR OUR 9PM DEPARTURE TO N.Z. WERE ABLE TO USE THE POOL TO WHILE AWAY THE TIME AND ONCE AGAIN HAVE SOME OF THE BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED MEALS.

The airport at KLIA is one of the best I have ever been at in the world. However, your hotel is of an inferior quality and needs substantial renovation. Hopefully your management understands that a great airport experience includes the lodging.

I felt the staff was excellent in our interactions with them, but the ambience and decor need to be addressed.

When I arrived at my room (approx 9 PM) it was very hot inside. The air conditioning was secured and I had to activate it. It took about an hour before the room temperature was comfortable. This is unsatisfactory.

I have some problem to go to the hotel since I arrived through LCCT terminals. I think the hotel should provide a bus from/to LCCT.

The hotel quality is average and good for overnight stay. But for staying more than 1 night, may be I will think it over.

The breakfast was find and the check in procedure was ok

Hotel in good location close to airport. We only used it as a stopover.Would'nt stay there for any longer than that.Rooms where very basic & in bad need of renovating, bathroom not good or very clean. Foyer & dinning room nice. Food good. Staff lovely. Good value.

The hotel was not clean or well maintained. The amenities were completely missing. When we discovered that we didn't even have towels in the room, we called for some and although someone eventally did answer the call, she didn't believe that there weren't towels in the bathroom and ask me, "Are you sure there are not towels there?" There were bugs on the floor and the room smelled like smoke and mildew. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport, but when we got to the airport counter, the unfriendly staff member told us we would have to wait for the next shuttle. We waited almost 30 minutes. We could have taken the train into the city and checked into a nice hotel in that time. The shuttle was too small. Not enough seats for everyone. Check in and check out took forever. If I had to spend the night in KL again I would stay somewhere else. The airport would have provided a better night's sleep!

Staff were pleasant, meal at bar was very tasty. Good service. Fairly basic room but close to airport and good shuttle service.

The Hotel is conveniently located and the complimentary transfer to the Airport a real advantage.The rooms are roomy and very clean and tidy and the staff very obliging.The garden surrounds and restaurant ideally located within the complex and a excellent choice of dishes at the buffet.

The airconditioning in the room was very poor. The airconditioner was noisy and not adequate to cool the room. This was very disappointing as the remainder of the facilities were quite acceptable. The noise and inadequate cooling made the night very uncomfortable.

The hotel was adequate for our purpose basically transiting overnight. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

The rooms were starting to look a bit tired and probably due for refurbishment fairly soon.

We only had breakfast in the hotel and this was included in the room tariff. The buffet style food was well presented and quite tasty although as is almost always the case with buffets, was not as hot as we would have liked for instance the fried eggs were stone cold, having said that there was an option to have omelets etc cooked to order.


All in all the Hotel was acceptable for what it was, with it's close proximity to the airport. A very reasonably priced Transit Hotel.

After cramming as many people as possible onto the courtesy bus from the airport, they then had just 2 very incompetent staff on the checkin counter - meaning we had to wait over 30mins to checkin. Then placed me in a twin room despite specific booking for double room. The room was a lengthy walk with no offer to deliver luggage, and was very noisy room, hearing all the planes go over. No mini bar Free breakfast offered very limited selection and food was very ordinary. Would NOT recommend

We stayed at the Concorde KLIA for one night as we were in transit through KLIA. We arrived in the evening and left early the next day. The coach took us from the airport to the hotel, a 5 minute drive, this was efficient and well organized, although there are no signs at KLIA to indicate where the coach departs from. Hotel check-in was a bit slow, but we were tired after a long flight. There were no directions to our room, or assistance with our luggage. The room was a good size, tolerably clean but showing its age in the paint and decor. The bathroom was OK could have been cleaner. The aircon worked, but it took some time to find the right combination of buttons on the remote to get it started. The bed was good and we got a good sleep. We were up early and found breakfast was very good. The coach was waiting to take us back to KLIA. Overall it was everything we required from a transit hotel, and was good value for money.

Hotel was functional with no ambiance. Ok as a stopover if you need to be near the airport, would not stay at this hotel again.

we had 6 weeks travelling through South Africa and Malaysia and both my partner and I agreed that of all the places we stayed in over that 6 week period, this hotel was the best! We onyl wish we had more time there to utilise the great facilities on offer. Also great buffet dinner and breakfast ... unfort didnt get time for the lunch!

Great staff, I really enjoyed my time here Just as the name suggests - Superior
