With a courtesy shuttle bus and close to the Airport-Concorde Hotel is ideal for an overnight stay! The large grounds and pool make you feel in the country-ideal for relaxing.

We were only there overnight but we found the hotel to be very good. Only hassle they put us on the 27th Floor, too high for me.

My only comment is that I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport. Unfortunately we were flying in and out of the Low Cost Carrier terminal and that is quite some distance away

The rooms are laid out on a long corridor. It was rather noisy when we stay at the hotel because the flooring was made of tiles. You could hear people walking, dragging their suitcases and talking loudly.

The main reason I used this hotel was that it is convenient for night flights. Arrive from KL in the afternoon, relax, freshen up then take the complimentary shuttle to KLIA. The pricing is fair.

We chose Concorde Inn because of the following: a. it's location as we had an early connecting flight the following day i.e. 0720, and b. it's facilities especially as we have two young children who just love to swim and play. Whilst the room was quite small for all of us it did it's job and allowed us to have a most comfortable nights sleep. The cafe had a lovely choice of food and was quite inexpensive. The staff throughout the hotel were quite helpful and friendly. They even gave us a wakeup call which I did not even asked for but did appreciate it. For anyone having an early morning connecting flight and would like the opportunity to relax and enjoy the hotel surrounds and facilities I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay here on our way to New Zealand for one night and we could not really fault it. The staff and the room very excellent and everybody could not be more helpful. The food was really good with lots of choice for everyone. Would stay again in the future.

Arriving at LCCT, You need to take a bus to take you to International Terminal for the Hotel shuttle.
Small cash prefered.
You must clearly state 'CONCORD Inn at Airport' or get directed to the bus going to town.
Nearest ATM to hotel is at Internat. Airport!

I appreciated a courtesy bus service from the airport which was well run. As I was only on an overnight stay in transit the other obvious delights of the hotel and its facilities will have to be sampled on another occasion. A good quick stopover location and very satisfactory room facilities.

The hotel is close enough to KLIA that it makes a good transit hotel as well.The staff was very efficient and friendly.I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and that was a very good experience.Excellent choice of food.The layout for the buffet was good and choices were many.
Shuttle / taxi service very good.Make sure you get ticket inside airport if on your way to the hotel.The taxi drivers will sting your wallet real bad once you go outside and ask.

The main reason for staying at this hotel is the location close to KL airport.
The rooms are clean and got way you need to stay over night but the interior is very simple. No risk to feel at home here!
The breakfast buffe did exceed my expectations. Good variaty to choose from.

My comment is about the registration form. We had not realised that we should inform you we wanted to check in early. It would be good to have on the form what time our plane was due and whether or not we wanted early check in. It might help you organising transport to the airport if we also told you the time our flight was due to leave.

Food was very good - staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was very convenient for my stopover, as I arrived late and had to catch an early flight the next morning.

I required an overnight rest stop to break up a long flight. The Concorde Inn at the airport was perfect. We were directed to a waiting area at the airport for a brief wait for the shuttle bus to transfer us to the Concord Inn about a five minute drive.
Check in was very efficient as was the assistance to our room. We were tired and just required a shower and sleep in the pleasantly airconditioned room.
A wake call at 5.00 gave us time for an excellent buffet breakfast before our transfer back to the airport. This hotel was excellent for our needs. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and I will certainly use it again to break up a long flight.

Concorde Inn is conveniently situated for travelers using LCCT and KLIA.

The complimentary shuttle service, managed by a very helpful driver was much appreciated.

The staff manning the front desk were courteous and helpful. Staff elsewhere were also extremely polite and helpful, especially at the bar and the pool.

We did not take advantage of the diner/restaurant, but seeing the folks within, I guess that the food was up to par. The early morning breakfast was superb, though.

Very little of the air traffic was visible and audible. Only occasionally did we hear a plane take off or land when in the hotel premises.

Most surprising of all: there things to do if you want to hang around at this hotel. Great pool for kids and adults. And if you want to sample some authentic local fare, some shops and restaurants are located opposite the hotel, albeit across a dual carriageway.

On the minus side: a relatively large (but likely harmless) spider was seen ambling across my little girl's bed. But being in the midsts of an oil palm estate, not unexpected.
