The Hotel was in a very convenient positon being on Chapel St, my wife being a very avid shopper! We did order the complimentary courtesy car to the city one morning only to be told later that it cant make it...... and the first night we arrived there was a huge party taking place in one of the suites just down the hall from our room with the music able to be heard from outside. I think for the price breakfast should have been an inclusion with our stay, and after making enquiries to check if it was we were just told "no it wasnt", with them not offering us any discounted rate on breafast - considering we were staying a week I thought they could have at least made some offer. All in all it was a nice room, quick room service and the large bath was a real luxury after trecking the streets shopping all day.
