excellent room

Your staff is extremely thoughtful and friendly. It is always a joy to stay at the Commodore. We find that staying with you is the perfect way to end a visit to your wonderful country! We loved the fact that we had entry into the garden area.

The hotel was newly refurburshed and very well done The room was nicely appointed and the grounds were beautiful. The added feature of the waterfalls was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much at your hotel. However, we did not find the desk clerk to be very friendly or helpful when we had difficulty with the internet facility. He said the server was down and walked away, leaving us standing there without any further explanation as to when it might be up and running again. Previous to that, we explained that we put our $2 into the slot. He only then told us that we couldn't use small change. He did not offer to reimburse this money, only the $2 when the internet was not in use. This may be petty but nevertheless, it is service that is important.
