The hotel is inviting from the outside. The inside of the hotel is clean and organized. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The room was an average hotel room, nothing special. We did have a mini-fridge which was nice as we travelled with our infant son. The beds were horrible. One had a huge indent (hole) from being used so much. The other where we ended up sleeping was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room overall was clean however. As we were only staying overnight we did not use any of the hotel's amenities. Understandably the area is a busy area so it is not quiet throughout the night but it was livable. We chose this hotel for its convenient location. I would recommend this hotel for a one or two night stay maximum.

For the price and half of some down the road cant go wrong here. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Good deal A+

The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt. I had a good, albeit short stay at your hotel. The only comments I have in areas that require attention are that I could hear everything between rooms - even dresser drawers opening and closing - and the hot water in the shower kept altering in temperature. Got very, very hot at one point. Otherwise, it was clean, warm, safe, and just what I needed! Thanks so much!

We were glad to find the room had a small fridge. Also, we were able to check in early (without notice)which was a big help. Beds were comfortable and well made.

The breakfast room had a good selection and we loved the waffle machine.
The staff at the desk and housekeeping were pleasant and polite.



The location was good for our needs and the kids were happy with the easy connection to the wireless internet.

The pool area was really cold, (really cold air was blowing out of the vents) as was the water in the pool and the hot tub was not very hot. It made for a much shorter time spent enjoying ourselves in the pool.

the fact that the hotel was located directly besite the c train was perfect! I don't like to drive in the city and this took all of the driving away. There were more than enough restaurants within walking distance that I didn't have to start my car once. There was also a mall located close enough that I could take the train there if I needed anything.

I will stay at this hotel on my next stay in Calgary for sure!!!

Staff were good, and room was clean ,and the only thing missing in the room was a micro wave. Acess to the breakfast room should have been 24 hours so guests could have coffee or tea and use microwave there. Pool area was dirty and no supply of towels, had to request towels from front desk. Need to replace the pillows and towels in room but overall was a good hotel. We would stay there again when traveling to Calgary.
