Hotel location is not very convenient to access to where is 20 mins away from nearest ferry terminal and even from town, and 1 hour 20 mins from Bintan resort area. During our trip, there's an upset story, hotel provide free shuttle to town, but after driver guys drop off us in front of shopping mall, they never showed up after 1 hour later that they told us to wait in dedicated area to pick up for us! Overall, staff in counter/concierge are all courteous and nice to us!

The Hotel was well kept and clean, service was very good and the staff very freindly. Swimming pool was quite nice with the exeption of the women swmming in it fully clothed.

i was staying there for 2 days 1 night and it was enjoyable for me and my family. The standard room is quite big, more than my expectation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids was really enjoy the pool inside the hotel. The minor thing was I booked for deluxe room but they given my a standard one, but it is okay. I will stay there again if I visit Tanjung Pinang next time.
