we were given the larger, newer room, as promised at the time of reservation. Location was just what we wanted ... as it was close to the highway needed to visit family, whilst also being so close to the city of perth.
we spent a very enjoyable, relaxing week at the hotel and especially enjoyed the absence of traffic noise in our room.
most of all we wish to commend all staff for their happy, pleasant and helpful services. They were really a pleasure and added above all to our stay.

the front counter staff was courteous, except for some mis-communication on the exact location of your hotel which make us ponder when we ... make our trip to the next destination when we check out.
