Noisy Room

The room size was great. The aircon noise was disturbing which us having difficulty to rest proper.

The front counter staff was courteous, except for some mis-communication on the exact location of your hotel which make us ponder when we make our trip to the next destination when we check out.

hotel very convenient for city and very close to Perth Mint and sea front. Also easy access to Swan River.
Room adequate - comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good shower.
Breakfast cost extra but was worth it.
Staff helpful. Ate in restaurant - good value.
Walls very thin - could hear other guests speaking.
Hallway smelled damp but rooms were fine.

Location of this hotel was excellant. Free bus service only 300 metres from the hotel.

Happy, Relaxed Stay

Our stay excelled expectations. We were especially pleased with the seniors price which included a good, varied continental breakfast.
We were given the larger, newer room, as promised at the time of reservation. Location was just what we wanted as it was close to the highway needed to visit family, whilst also being so close to the city of Perth.
We spent a very enjoyable, relaxing week at the hotel and especially enjoyed the absence of traffic noise in our room.
Most of all we wish to commend all staff for their happy, pleasant and helpful services. They were really a pleasure and added above all to our stay.

I have completed the form in the room with comments re reception, restaurant etc and gave it to Renae (very good) in reception. I found reception on arrival (not Renae) unfriendly, impatiente and unhelpful this is not a good beginning!!!!
