staff were friendly. The lift was broken most of the time we were there which was a bit inconvinient as we were on the 7th floor but they were trying to get it fixed.
also one of our bedroom windows was broken ... which was a bit of a pain because the room was very warm but it didn't cause much of a problem.
for the price this hotel was good value for paris
Recommendation:  By Mr.Murray Jones  New Zealand We stayed at this hotel after reading reviews from others that had stayed there. It was certainly very central to every thing, staff were very helpful and was good value for money. We were with another couple touring around.

bad: have to pay for internet access 4. 5 euros per hour at the hotel, whereas theres free wifi ... at a macdonalds about 10 minutes walk away
