Lucky it wasnt hot because we got put into the bottom room under street level without much ventilation. Turned on the fan and it worked better off!?!?!

Room size was comfortable and tiolet was okay though. Asked for a different room if possible and they were nice to change us. The new room was about half the size and u could still watch the other person in the bathroom through the slits in the door if you wanted to. Fan worked heaps better though. "Full English breakfast"...I dont think so. baked beans cold hash brown and an egg. Is that a FULL english breaky...

They didnt have enough staff to cover the reception so if the person covering the door had to pee or something they left a back in 5 sign so i was left hanging for a pee. and no apologies when they finally got to the door.

The location is great. Right across form Hyde Park and the Underground. I dont like complaining but when you have been in 5 star hotels that cost the same per night you kinda feel ripped off when you walk into a beautiful building and feel like you could be in a 3rd world country

The hotel has no privat parking facilities. Reading "parking" in the hotel overview might be misleading.

I especially appreciated the mineral water offered as well as coffee and tea.

Receptionist of very poor standard and extremely rude indeed. The men who were on duty were wonderful.

see above Room was nice but small which is normal for London. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this Hotel to friends and family and will return on our next stay in London !

Great location and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Though it was a small single room, it was comfortable.
