Scottys was just what we were after: a base for a family spending a few day's holiday in Adelaide. The room was large enough for 4 people without being cramped. It had all we needed: Bathroom, TV, tea/coffee facilities. There is plenty of parking and the layout means you can park near to the rooms. Staff were friendly and the room was thoroughly cleaned each day.

Facilities are fairly limited but we were not after anything elaborate.

It is close to a major road which has the advantage that it is easy to find/navigate out of. This can make it a bit noisey however (we never found this a serious issue and the traffic seemed to die down after 10pm). Adelaide and N. Adelaide are really too far to walk and there are not many places to eat within walking distance (just a Subway and a couple of pubs).
