I made a last minute decision to come to London as my daughter is in an unfortunate marriage. The hotel was in an area convenient for her to come over. It was reasonably priced (i retired a few years ago and am on a low income) and my granddaughter felt safe and secure at the hotel with grandma. Thanks for everything. Margaret Hamilton
