This time the hotel knew we were coning and put us in a much better and much quieter room. A better night's sleep.

Hotel is very close to a very busy and very noisy road. Hotel had not noted our booking so we were put in a room next to the road and without any means of reducing the noise. Two very poor nights' sleep.

Reception staff exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Warm and friendly greeting made for a good start.
Room was of excellent quality in every respect. Would highly recommend it to fellow travellers and would stay there again.
