Front desk staff not very helpful. Did not have local knowledge when asked. Refused to remmove items from minibar when requested. Very dark, inadquate natural and artificial lighting.

On check in struggled with numerous bags to the lift. Staff watched and did not advise re the luggage trolley round the corner. Never ever had to pay in advance at a hotel/motel. Not a smart idea and very off putting and unprofessional. Unaware of such a policy in any other hotel/motel

Parking spaces limited and small. Very difficult to get into space when there was one available. Gym unsafe for use. Multi-station weights not assembled correctly. Kettle & cuttlery not clean. Asked for new kettle but did not receive.

Not enough car-parks. There was no operation instructions for the remote control of the air-cond unit and it was difficult to get it right.
