Spent most of my time out in the city, however what time I did spent at the hotel was very comfortable and I got a real sense of privacy.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, and always ready to help with taxi booking and other services.

The hotel was very conveniently located only a 5 minute drive from the airport, and 15 minute drive from the city centre.

Would stay again, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel met my requirements for overnight acomodation close to the airport. All the staff were courteous and helpful. I made use of the restaurant, and found it to be a pleasant and bright environment. The food was of a reasonable standard as were the choices . It was an enjoyable place to stay other than the road noise, I believe this may have been unique to my room as it was directly open to the main road (the late night hoons and then the early morning traffic).

Staff and management obliging and courteous. Amenities and furniture could be updated.Room clean, bathroom taps loose, and need replacement.

Airport shuttle only hourly and we were told it was already "full" Breakfast was meager offering of cold cereal and white toast. Had to request hot water for tea. Office/restaurant closes 10:30pm Filthy dump. Worn out furniture/carpet/bathroom fixtures. We slept in our clothes. Heat inadequate and room disgusting. Don't stay here!

The room was in desparate need of refurbishment

Hotel facilities were average, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The value for money rating of poor is based on my run-down room (right next to a main highway-NOISY). This hotel's star rating is obviously not based on the room that I had. Booked a non smoking room, and got a smoking room. it stunk. Checked in late after a long day travelling so couldnt be bothered going and asking for a better room. The furniture and room was very old and worn, and in need of a revamp. TV didnt work as someone had stolen the antenna cable. Substandard room.

It was a hugh benefit to have the restaurant next door. The food was very good but the service was only okay. The proximity to the airport was ideal for us. We arrived after dark and flew out early the next morning. The room met our needs.
