Our original room had been double booked and was given to someone else who discovered our luggage in it. We did not appreciate our personal effects being moved around the hotel and still cannot understand why the person who arrived after us was not given the room we were given in second place, it was an equally good room, and our belongings could have remained where they were. Mistakes can be made, and the staff were most apologetic and courteous about the error - it just seemd that a simple re-allocation of the rooms could have avoided our effects being moved around the hotel during our absence.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
