In ten minutes from gare du nord with RER, and few minutes walk the air conditioned hotel hotel with friendly and helpfull staff offers small but comfortable bedrooms wich make it possible to relax after sightseeing in Paris connected with the BUS Metro and RER network. The breakfast is complete (no egg)

The hotel is very well located in the Latin Quarter and about a 10 minute walk to Notra Dame Cathedral. Coming back from our tours of the city we discovered the number 27 bus brought us back to the hotel which was a great help for tired feet. The room although small was adequate and clean and we enjoyed the continental breakfast which was included in the price. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Paris.

great staff, courteous polite and ever patient with my appalling Dublin accent stuttering through my attempts at french. a kettle or bottled water would be nice. Perfect location. will return soon

It was such a joy to walk into air-conditioned comfort!

I've now stayed at this hotel two years in a row and was very impressed with the room modifications since my last stay. The rooms are small, but who wants to spend time in the room while in Paris!

The location is fantastic, the staff courteous and helpful, and we'll plan on staying there again.

The hotel staff was excellent and always very helpful. The location isnt the best for tourists. The room was clean, but outdated. The room was very small. They could update the linens. The halls were dark and the lights didnt always work.

Breakfast was unreliable - there is one lady who serves breakfast, and she was late.

I guess a computer would do good in aiding your staff for printing invoices.

The room was very small and cramped. Not much floorspace around the bed.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Shame the room attire isn't as nice as the reception. Excellent shower (hot and high pressure). Incredibly noisy (other guests, street noise, can hear every time someone else in the hotel uses the toilet/shower). No iron provided or movie channels as mentioned on website, broken TV remote control, blown light bulb not replaced on overhead light, room decoration tired and old and due for a facelift.

Our shuttle bus to the airport was cancelled on us, 30mins before it was due to xcollect us, the staff did very little to help us, we felt we'd have been stranded if we didn't know someone who brought us via the train. The shower was very small and water covered the floor after every shower.

Breakfast, though adequate, was limited in it's variety. We do not eat bread, but were not offered an alternative such as fruit, cereal or yoghurt.
